This interactive course is intended for supervisors. This course provides the fundamentals of Human Performance (HP), including understanding human error, managing controls, increasing organizational resilience, and eliminating latent organizational weaknesses. Participants will demonstrate the HP improvement tools and defenses that are intended to increase organizational resilience and reduce the consequences of errors at critical steps.
